When using bottled gas, first open the valves of each bottle, and finally open the total valve switch; when using liquid gas, after opening the valve, the booster valve should also be opened to increase the gasification amount and ensure the pressure of the cutting auxiliary gas. Turn on the total power switch and start the voltage stabilizer, check the output voltage of the voltage stabilizer, and set the voltage

4. During the cutting process, the pressure changes of various types of cutting auxiliary gases should be observed at any time. When the low-pressure gas pressure is lower than 2bar and the high-pressure ammonia is lower than 10bar, the gas source should be replaced immediately. When replacing the gas source, the gas source valve should be closed first and then the gas pipe should be removed. If air is mixed in the gas source bottle, it should be vacuumed first and then filled with the required gas source. 5. When loading and unloading plates, appropriate hoists and tools should be used to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
6. Before cutting, the thickness and material of the workpiece should be confirmed, and the appropriate cutting nozzle diameter, lens specifications, focal position, and appropriate auxiliary gas and gas pressure should be selected.
7. The cleanliness and flatness of the processed plates must be guaranteed. The operator should refuse to process the plates with severe rust and extremely poor flatness.
8. Trial cutting should be carried out before batch cutting, and the cutting parameters should be appropriately corrected according to the trial cutting effect. Batch processing can be carried out after the cutting is normal.
9. During the operation of the machine, the operator must not leave the machine tool. There must be an operator who can monitor the operation status of the machine tool at any time. Once an abnormal situation occurs, please stop the machine immediately and continue production only after the problem is eliminated. 10. The machine tool must be kept clean. The operator must maintain and clean the machine tool once before leaving get off work every day. Clean and lubricate the transmission and guide rails once a quarter.

e. The operator should not look directly at the laser flame during cutting to prevent eye burns. Non-machine operators are not allowed to enter the cutting area, and no machine buttons should be touched during processing.
. In the process of replacing the laser gas, you must pay attention to the transmission pipeline corresponding to the gas. Do not connect the gas incorrectly, otherwise it will cause serious laser failure.
8. After each replacement of the cutting nozzle, you need to check and adjust the cutting nozzle center according to the requirements of the manual. h. Regularly calibrate the cutting nozzle height.
i. Pay attention to the water temperature of the chiller output water at any time. If it cannot meet the requirements, please stop the machine for inspection immediately.
