5. If the equipment is used for a long time, dust in the air will be adsorbed on the lower surface of the focusing lens. In the mild case, it will reduce the power of the laser and affect the marking effect; in severe cases, it will cause the optical lens to absorb heat and overheat, causing it to burst. When the marking effect is not good, you should carefully check whether the surface of the focusing mirror is contaminated.
6. If the surface of the focusing lens is contaminated, remove the focusing lens and clean its lower surface.
7. Be especially careful when removing the focusing lens, and be careful not to damage or drop it; at the same time, do not touch the surface of the focusing lens with your hands or other objects.
8. The cleaning method is to mix absolute ethanol (analytical grade) and ether (analytical grade) in a ratio of 3:1, use a long-fiber cotton swab or lens paper to penetrate the mixture, and gently wipe the lower surface of the focusing lens. On one side, the cotton swab or lens tissue must be replaced once.
9. During the working process of the marking machine, the marking machine must not be moved to avoid damaging the machine.
10. Do not cover or place other items on the marking machine to avoid affecting the heat dissipation effect of the machine.
