Laser welding is the best and most effective way to repair damage to the cavity and core of injection molds without remaking or inserting areas. We can add the same base material filler rods as cavity/core inserts, ranging in weight from a few grams to 500kg.
The process generates almost no heat, which reduces the deformation that may occur during traditional welding, so it is possible to weld the smallest details - the technology we use allows the finest tolerances; the smallest can be up to 0.2mm.
