UV laser marking machine belongs to the laser marking machine series products. It is developed with 355nm UV laser. Compared with infrared laser, this machine adopts third-order intracavity frequency doubling technology. The mechanical deformation of the material is greatly reduced, and the thermal impact of processing is small. The reaction mechanism of UV laser processing is achieved through photochemical ablation, that is, relying on laser energy to break the bonds between atoms or molecules, gasifying them and evaporating them into small molecules. The focusing spot is extremely small, and the processing heat-affected zone is very small, which can be used for ultra-fine marking and special material marking.

It adopts advanced digital high-speed scanning galvanometer, which has fast speed and no deviation, small size, good stability, and performance reaches the international advanced level.

Modular design, laser generator and lifter are separated, more flexible, and can be marked on larger areas and complex surfaces. Internal air cooling, small footprint, easy installation.
